Welcome to Applify. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, or any other services provided by Applify (collectively, the 'Services'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. They constitute a legal agreement between you and Applify. Your use of our Services in any way means that you agree to all of these Terms, and these Terms will remain in effect while you use the Services.

Applify provides AI-powered tools designed to assist users with job applications, resume/CV optimization, interview preparation, and career development. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Resume and cover letter generation and optimization
• ATS insights and optimization
• AI mock interviews and preparation
• Job application tracking
• Career insights and recommendations

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your qualifications
• Use the Services for lawful purposes only
• Not upload any content that violates third-party rights or is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate

Our Services allow you to create, upload, store, and share content, including resumes, cover letters, and other job application materials ('User Content').

You retain all rights to your User Content. However, by uploading User Content to Applify, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Applify offers different subscription plans with varying features and limitations as described on our pricing page.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Prices are subject to change with notice. We will notify you of any price changes before they take effect.

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your current billing period.

If we are unable to process payment for a subscription renewal, your account may be downgraded to the free plan or suspended.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Applify or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the license to use the Services granted in these Terms, Applify reserves all rights not expressly granted in and to the Services and its content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Applify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services.

We do not guarantee that our Services will secure you employment or improve your chances of being hired. The effectiveness of our Services depends on various factors, including your qualifications, the job market, and employer preferences.

We are not responsible for any actions that employers or hiring managers may take based on the content generated using our Services.

The Services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Applify does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any content generated using our Services will meet your requirements or expectations.

Applify may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at /privacy-policy. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
